Privacy policy

We process data you provide to create and manage your account: identity, email address, professional details, photograph, experience, languages, availability and professional links. For organization accounts, we also process the name, domain, activity, logo and member details.

We also process the content and metadata needed for requests, pitches, invitations, saved items, messages, notifications and uploaded files, as well as technical security data such as IP address, session identifiers, access logs, device and browser.

We use data to create and authenticate accounts, publish the fields the service defines as public, connect experts and organizations, enable collaboration, provide support and maintain platform security and reliability.

• Contract and pre-contractual steps: registration, profiles, requests, pitches, messaging and account management.
• Legal obligations: retaining or disclosing information when required by law or a competent authority.
• Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, security, moderation, incident resolution and technical improvement, balanced against user rights.
• Consent: optional communications and non-essential technologies, when enabled. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Professional profiles and requests marked public may be viewed by visitors and indexed by search engines. Private workspace information is only shown to authorized participants according to their role and each request's settings.

Do not publish confidential information or third-party personal data in profiles, requests or messages unless you are authorized to do so.

We may disclose data to providers of authentication, hosting, databases, storage, email delivery, security and support only as necessary to operate Experts.vision. Firebase, a Google service, is used for authentication with email and password, Google or Apple. If you choose Google or Apple, we receive the basic identity data you authorize the provider to share, such as your name and email. Lovable provides hosting and includes aggregate audience measurement for the published site.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses will be used. We do not sell personal data.

We keep data while an account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. After account deletion is requested, we delete or anonymize information except where it must be restricted or retained to meet legal obligations, prevent abuse or address potential claims.

Specific periods depend on the data, purpose and applicable obligations. Backups are overwritten according to their technical cycles.

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, write to the privacy contact above and identify your account and request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.

We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls and restricted database procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Experts.vision is intended for professionals aged 18 or over and is not designed to knowingly collect children's data.
